I first acquired my Real Estate license in 1972, in Miami Florida. I focused on Real Estate for my personal investments. I became more active, upon my retirement from the JCPenney Company, as a management Associate, with 37 years of service. I specialize in waterfront, gulf front and golf course properties. I have lived in Port Charlotte for 28 years and am very familiar with the properties in Port Charlotte, North Port and Sarasota.
